		<description>&lt;p&gt;Disappointment. Or maybe: Frustration. How about the biggie: Anger.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well, not exactly words that would have you bleeped on national television that’s for sure. But for some positive-thinking modalities, those are practically banned words.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The thing is those words express emotions, and as humans we have them. They are real. Emotions of all kinds: happiness, sadness, joy, disillusionment, excitement, fear, anticipation. It’s a wide-ranging list as diverse and as night-and-day as people are.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Many times when we have the lower end of those feelings we start saying words that contradict the feelings we are having. For example, let’s say you didn’t get the job promotion you were hoping for. You might tell people that you were glad you didn’t get it as it means you wouldn’t have to spend too much time away from your family. While that logically might be true, that isn’t likely how you are FEELING at that moment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So start keeping them out of our mind.&lt;/p&gt;
