A Secret Of Law Of Attraction

Published by Other Authors under Law of Attraction

If there is a secret of law of attraction, it is that the non physical language of the universe is one of vibration, we are all radiating that which we are, we are all giving and receiving vibrational signals on many different levels. All of our experiences are vibrating at different frequencies and drawing towards them there matching equivalent. What you are seeking to be or do in this life has a vibrational pattern to match and is seeking you – ‘that which is liken to itself is drawn.’

You are a magnet, drawing to you the things you are thinking and feeling. Everything around you has been thought into being by you, your relationships, the food you eat, the house you live in and your place and circumstance in life. You are always attracting into your life who and what you are consistently focusing on. Everything you have ever dreamt, whether spoken or unspoken has been transmitted by you on one level or another. Your consistent thoughts and feelings about any particular subject are being brought into your experience whether you intend them or not.

Use three pointers as a guide when starting to understand more about the secret of law of attraction.

Commit Your Attention To Your Intention
The secret of the law of attraction or law of vibration is to take your attention from ‘what is’ to what it is you really want. Intend what it is you want to happen in your life, take your attention from ‘what is’ and commit your attention to your intention. You don’t need to figure out how to get it at this point, that is the job of the universe, your job is to just think about what it is you want, start matching your vibration to your desires. The universe does not think about or stand in judgement of what you want, the universe accepts willingly without hesitation, good or bad, right or wrong. The universe doesn’t hang around either, it goes to work immediately, putting your requests into action.

Your Vibration Equals Your Attraction
You are a vibrational transmitter, broadcasting to the world on all channels loud and clear. The whole universe is tuning into your show every moment of the day. The life you want has a vibrational pattern, start to feel the vibrational pattern that matches your desire and hold your attention on it anyway you know how, the vibrations will seek each other, it is the law of the universe.

Raising Your Vibration
Start by asking yourself – ‘What makes you feel good?’ From this place you can start to raise your vibration and act immediately one step at a time. You can perform an activity that you thoroughly enjoy and from that feeling you can move to the next feeling and so on and so forth. This will help lead you to what you really want in small manageable steps rather than one huge leap of uncertainty.

Be happy with your life in this moment. Being happy now will raise your vibrational output, the better you feel, the higher the vibration, the more you will allow or attract into your life.

Make no mistake, your success requires the utmost commitment and focus to achieve the outcomes you desire, making a committed decision to your clear vision will cause you to move forward and act with confidence in everything that you do. If you start to believe you can affect reality in a consistent way by raising your vibrational level, with the law of attraction at work, you will. Your reality never sleeps, it is happening all the time, creation is occurring whether you intend it or not, so paying attention to your thinking is of paramount importance.

And remember, wherever your attention goes, your vibration goes.

10 Paths To Accessing Peace

Published by Other Authors under Life

Accessing peace is essential to expanding our ability to receive and live fulfilling lives. Therefore, the quicker and more easily you can return to peace, the better. Below are 10 strategies to utilize when you would like to consciously increase feelings of peace inside of you, whether you are in turmoil or already at peace.

1. BEING PRESENT. Find the stillness in the moment. The simplest path to peace is being present to the NOW. When we are present, we are at peace.

2. APPRECIATION. Appreciation is a fast and effective way to raise your energy vibration, and reconnect to the abundance in your life. Allow yourself to appreciate. When you’re feeling un-resourceful, start with little things to appreciate. Your eyes, ears, health, a house to live in, family and aliveness. Allow your feelings of appreciation to expand and deepen. What are you receiving in your life? What do you appreciate right now? Write it down. Allow the feelings of peace to expand and deepen. You can also feel appreciation for what is coming to you in the future, by practicing feeling “gratitude in advance”. A respected coach I know asks her clients “what they are grateful for” next week? She’s reports that 90% of the time, they receive what they express “gratitude in advance” for. Appreciation, appreciation, appreciation…it simply leads to peace.

3. ACCEPT REALITY. To access peace, it’s essential to learn to recognize and ACCEPT reality for what it is, no more and no less. The birds are flying. The clock is ticking. The dog is barking. I have a flat tire. Someone said “no”. I burned dinner. My appointment didn’t show. I didn’t get what I wanted in this moment. I didn’t make the progress I desired. The sky is blue. It’s raining. Whatever REALITY is…is simply that. There is nothing inherently “good” or “bad” about reality. It’s only the meaning we place on it.

Peace is aligning with ‘what is’, and NOT resisting it.

4. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Part of accepting reality is owning your actions, non-actions, and reactions. Take responsibility for your life. In avoiding responsibility, the resulting impact is feeling like a victim, that life is happening to us and that takes us out of our peace. Taking responsibility for a desire means taking action, recommitting to a task, or scheduling it. If you acted unconsciously, then take responsibility by becoming “conscious”, and making a new conscious choice. If you reacted to another, own your reactions. Look within. Perhaps you can find a “truth” or piece of reality that you’ve been resisting or unwilling to look at. Perhaps you owe someone an apology. Look within. Get humble. Own your reactions. Own your choices. Own your life. Own your peace.

5. MOVEMENT. The quickest way to shift any emotion is through movement or action. Breathe. Walk around the block. Exercise. Jump up and down. Take an inspired action to progress toward a goal. Movement shifts energy. Create the space for a new emotional state of being to emerge. Movement is a pathway back to peace.

6. LOVING YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY. As we love and accept ourselves unconditionally, we access peace. We are our single most reliable sources of love, because we can always CHOOSE to love ourselves unconditionally. It’s simply a matter of practice. I met a very special lady in the “healing profession”, and her words branded me for life. “If everyone could just learn to love themselves to pieces”. Love is one of life’s greatest medicines, and we need to administer to ourselves - generously. Loving ourselves is foundational to living life, and accessing peace. When we love ourselves, we take greater care of ourselves, and make clearer decisions that propel our highest good. If you’re like most people you haven’t practiced giving yourself “unconditional love”, and will need to exercise this emotional muscle. I used to think, “of course I love myself”. I’ve since realized that it’s one thing to say it, it’s another to LIVE IT. When you love yourself you are kind, responsive, forgiving and appreciative — to yourself. When you love yourself your heart smiles, and the world is lighter. As we access love, we access peace.

7. ELIMINATE STRESSFUL THOUGHTS. Every disempowering emotional state is a result of a stressful thought. In the absence of a stressful thought is PEACE. There is a simple process called “Inquiry”, that allows people to consistently release stressful thoughts, and return to a state of peace. It is the most effective tool I know of to deal powerfully with stressful thoughts. Byron Katie is the author of “Loving What Is”, and originated what she calls “the work” and “inquiry”. “Inquiry” allows us to examine our thoughts more closely. As one recognizes that many of the thoughts which bring us turmoil, are simply “made-up” and have no basis in reality, the thoughts disappear. When we “attach to certain” stressful thoughts, we experience a host of debilitating emotions and this takes us out of peace. Listen to the “Loving What Is” CD’s to learn how to effectively eliminate stressful thoughts and access peace anytime you choose.

8. FEEL YOUR FEELINGS. Sometimes emotions creep up on us unexpectedly, and it feels nearly impossible to “consciously choose” anything other that what is consuming our “emotional reality”. Rest assured, there is always a path back to peace. Whether you’re feeling gripped with sadness, anger, frustration, overwhelm, depression or fear, the path to peace is simply to “feel your feelings” FULLY. If you’re feeling sad, allow the tears to flow. Cry. Sob. Weep. Let the emotion of sadness consume you, and fill every cell in your body. Surrender into the feeling, expanding it inside of you. Don’t resist it, embrace it. The more intensely you allow the emotion to be expressed, the more quickly you will be freed of it. Peace is the result of “feeling your feelings fully”. Typically, we sense an emotion like sadness, anger or frustration, and we RESIST it - not allowing its full expression. Whatever you resist, persists. So, when you’re feeling stuck in a heavy emotion, simply surrender and FEEL your way back to peace.
Deflecting a disempowering emotion on the front end, is the optimal choice. Getting present, stepping into appreciation, accepting reality, taking responsibility and making a new powerful choice are all effective in returning to peace. However, if we aren’t quick enough, we MUST EXPERIENCE the emotion FULLY to release it.

Example - I’ve practiced this many times, and am always amazed at the results. My favorite “feel your feelings fully” shares are when I’ve slipped into “anger or frustration”, and instead of resisting it, I decide to play full-out and fully express it. Do this on your own, or with the support of someone. It’s about releasing the emotion, NOT directing it toward someone. First, I acknowledge and own, “I’m angry”. Then I allow that feeling to be present. With anger, frustration or depression, I find that EXAGGERATING it helps as I mock it in a playful way. Sometimes I make a growling sound like a bear or lion. I find that within seconds, I’m laughing at myself. I try to return to the emotion by growling again. I look for more anger, and can’t find it. This is a powerful path back to peace. Try it.

9. NATURE - There is something about nature that breeds peace. Whether you’re with the mountains, ocean, a park, a tree, flowers, a backyard, a nature trail or simply outside - peace is the naturally occurring state, as you resonate with its beauty. Nature represents oneness. It’s vast and beautiful. Getting present to the beauty, complexity and perfect harmony of nature, is effective at reconnecting one to peace.

10. “ALL IS WELL”. This is one phrase that I find brings me back to peace more than any other. It’s simply the truth. Inside of “all is well”, we are ONE, connected with the Universe, with unlimited potential. Allow “all is well” to affect your being and bring you back to peace. I’m always amazed at how quickly peaceful outcomes follow the thought of “all is well”. Embrace the mantra of “all is well” when you find yourself disconnected from peace. As you embrace the truth in these words, notice how peace returns

Money and the Law of Attraction

Do you want more of what life has to offer, including greater wealth? Life is the greatest wealth so let’s start from the premise that you’re already wealthy (just not monetarily!).

Let’s see how we can use the law of attraction, marry it to the power of intention, and start attracting more of the things we believe make up a life full in rich experiences and years worth living.

Surely I’m not the culprits holding the self back from experiencing the good life, am I? Well, maybe. Dr. Robert Schuller says, “If it’s to be it’s up to me!” And in that light the poet William Thackery observed that “The world is a looking glass, and gives back to every man [and woman] the reflection of his [or her] own thought.”

Whoops! Could it be the power to attract the good things of life we want begins with US?” Hmmmm. There are a a lot of people and circumstances out there opposing what I want,” we tell ourselves. Let’s see if, to quote Robert Collier, “The quality of our thought [power of intention] is the measure of our power?”

“We human beings consider ourselves to be made of up ‘solid’ matter. Actually, the physical body is the end product…of the subtle information fields, which mold our physical body as well as all physical matter.” — Itzhak Bentov

Scientists and spiritual teachers are reading from the same page when they tell us the source of everything is vibration.

Like a set of guitar strings, you are vibrating. The rates of movement of “your personal strings” intimately affect your body/mind/spirit.

So, how can you actively participate in tuning the very instrument of your life?

How can you communicate to the “invisible fingers” – the forces — which ceaselessly “strum” your existence into being?

Author Frederic Wiedemann points out that your Core Vibration, “is the sum total of your mood, emotion, thought, desire, and belief right now.” Wiedemann refers to this sum total as your “Dominant Mood.”

Your dominant mood constantly emanates from you to be interpreted by the Universe, God, Intelligence, and then is returned to you in the forms of the world you see and experience.

A single molecule of doubt affects every aspect of your life in ways beyond ordinary perceptions and expectations.

Negative thoughts, including expectations of failure, lower your Core Vibration. Each memory forms additional threads (or energetic strings) which contribute to increasing feedback loops of sameness (operating from the same low core vibrations).

Unless you can somehow intervene and alter the cascade of causes, the best predictor of your future can be found in your past.

“If no useful seeds are put into it (the mind), then an abundance of useless weed seeds will fall therein, and will continue to produce their kind.”—James Allen

Some folks take up permanent residence in a psychological victim-neighborhood and are convinced they have little power over life — robotically hitting the buttons B-4 on the juke box in a corner bar, to hear, once again, their personal “somebody done somebody wrong song.”

Listen carefully and notice: the “wrong song” plays, louder and more painfully each time. The very act of re-listening to those themes diminishes the Core Vibration.

Author David Hawkins indicates that only about fifteen percent of the world’s population is above the critical consciousness level (which can be translated into Core Vibration) which supports, rather than diminishes, life and life energy.

“Thoughts are living breathing energies. They have a life of their own and an electromagnetic charge. At first birth they are singular in nature, yet very magnetic. They seek like vibrations as they travel encircling you throughout the day,” – Gillian MacBeth-Louthan

The very good news is that you can take charge of the instrument of your life and communicate effectively with the “inner strings.” Your conscious mind and the powerful sub-conscious energies, pulling together, can create miracles.

The great early 20th Century healer Dr. Emile Coue’ discovered that when the emotions and the intellect are in agreement, a synergistic effect - or better yet, an amplification effect - takes place for the good.

When you operate on the positive side of life and are congruent in what you think, say, do and create, you experience the harmony – the resonance of a higher vibration.

“I came to understand that my consciousness was a technology and by choosing an idea or belief, I was selecting the parameters of my universe of possibilities.”— Joan McKenna

When you are consciously doing the things you love, feeling supported by life and are actively contributing your gifts to others, your Core Vibration naturally rises.

You are in creative flow.

You experience timelessness and a whole new level of potentials.

Your authentic self literally lights up inner (extra) dimensions, which, as we know scientifically, expand throughout the pulsating Universe.

“I cannot believe that the inscrutable universe turns on an axis of suffering; surely the strange beauty of the world must somewhere rest on pure joy.” — Louise Bogan

Will you permit yourself now to harness the immense power of a raised Core Vibration toward experiencing greater health and happiness?

“Once your dominant vibration is in harmony with what you seek, the latter must literally be ‘attracted’ to you without excessive striving!..In a very real sense, you have to become what you seek on the inside before you can ever have it in physical reality.”– Asoka Selvarajah

The time is now to tell yourself, “Yes!”

“…to let new forces play upon our unsused chords, and draw from us a better music.” — Will Durant
