Law of Attraction = Law of Least Effort
A friend once asked me, “Does it mean I do not have to lift a finger if I use the law of attraction to attract something to me?”
I gave him a resounding NO for an answer.
The law of attraction leads to the law of least effort, not no-effort. The least effort conserves physical energy, maintains creativity and productivity, and sustains health (less stress). This is done two ways:
1. The realization of our desires through the law of attraction comes not in a bundled package, but a series of opportunities that we should recognize & take advantage of. If you want to have a new car, you will not instantly acquire one just because you have been visualizing & affirming it. Certain events will happen first but it will eventually lead you to acquiring this new car. Some call these events “coincidences”
Even with coincidences, we still have to do action for nothing is accomplished without it. However, with the law of attraction we know that our actions are already geared towards the manifestation of what we want. Knowing this can boost our energy levels & will make any daunting tasks seemed like child’s play. That is why the law of attraction equates with the law of least effort.
2. The law of attraction teaches us that any change we want to have in our reality must start from within. We must accept it in our mind that it is, indeed, already a reality. We must trust in the process. This eliminates the negative emotions that tend to drain us of our physical energy. The positive emotions that remain are indicators that you are on the right track towards your goal and they in turn lead to doing inspired actions with least efforts.
