Short vs Long Term Manifesting: Home or Business

You have a “bill” to pay, maybe your rent is due on your office building, or you need to pay your graphics designer, or your mortgage is due. You don’t know how it will get paid. You’ve been around this “creating on purpose” stuff awhile, so you go into bringing that bill to a successful conclusion. Your desire level is high. It first showed up as a fear. You recognized it as a fear, and went about moving it “on purpose”, your attention was on the matter at hand. You had emotion attached to it. This simply had to be done. You were giving full focus to your “attention to intention”.

Something happens…..the situation is remedied. You wipe your brow. Good made it through that one !

What happens however, if you stay on the right track, this short term stuff becomes so easy that you don’t have to think about the bill part anymore, you just know, that at the proper time all that is needed to appear , simply will. You did not have that monster fear driving the experience, therefore it comes to you with ease. It has become a knowing. All of your focus and attention has taken root, and now it is a knowing.

Ok, now….what about what we may put under the term of long term manifesting. Maybe it’s a career change or a lifestyle change or you want to be president of your company and presently you are in the mail room.

How do you do “that”?

Attract Good Luck- Banish Bad Luck Today

Use the Law of Attraction To Bring The Art of SpellCasting into the 21st Century!

==========================

You do it the same way. You use focus and intend. You focus with attention on the intention, (goal). This is where you may have to address your belief systems. If you are in the mail room, you have to believe that you are the president of the company. If you don’t believe that yet, then you have some “work” to do. You work on your belief systems by changing your mind. There are many ways, to change your own mind.

The quickest way, if you are willing to do it, is to write about what you want, and write every day. If you want to add some momentum, ask the part of you that put that carrot there in the first place to help you. So who put that idea in your mind of wanting to be the president? Well you did, in the form of your higher self.

Just ask. State your intention. Focus on it, and follow the inspiration, (which means you must PAY ATTENTION, to your inner voice) that comes. When you are willing to do that from the get go, then what you may have thought was “long term manifesting” all of a sudden fits under the “short term manifesting” column.

Ask, Ask, Ask , and Pay Attention !

Miracles Happen Every Day–Open Your Eyes!

Miracles still occur everyday. Keep your eyes open and you will see and be a part of them. A miracle is a supernatural event that might not occur otherwise unless there is extraordinary encounter, situation, or distress that requires it. A miracle can shatter time, as we know it. The right elements and absolutely the best people to resolve a situation are lined up and brought together with awesome speed. Supernatural protection, guidance, speed, strength, agility, stamina, ability, and healing are suddenly available to average people. On an energetic side very few of us know for sure what happened in those exact moments of a miracle unfolding. We are just grateful when it does happen. Miracles have happened regardless of what religion a person or group has practiced or where they live in the world. A miracle is an act of great compassion for everyone involved. It could become a catalyst for great change. Surely after a miracle occurs in your life, you are not the same. Everyone who is impacted by a miracle is greatly changed. For many it is an opportunity to drop an old belief system that has stopped them, and open to a new flow and regain their love of life.

There are many other examples of miracles occurring. There was show on TV called “It’s a Miracle” and every week they would show three or four miracles that happened to real people. It was so touching to see these miracles and the show gave you hope. In one episode a single mom with two boys, was struggling through a very difficult thanksgiving holiday shortly after her divorce. She lived in a cheap apartment complex. She woke up feeling very depressed, lonely and worthless about her self. She kept thinking about a thanksgiving meal, but she didn’t have any money for food for her and her boys.

No one had invited them to thanksgiving meal and she felt alone. She had taken the kids to the park and bought a hot dog for each of them. But everyone was still hungry and by the time they got home. The mother was feeling quite dejected. As they were walking up the stairs to their room an elderly woman came out of the lower apartment and waved at them excitedly. She had made a nice turkey dinner for them and wanted to invite them all to thanksgiving dinner. The family accepted and entered into the woman’s apartment.

The mom described everything as warm and cozy and the lights were softly lit. They had a wonderful meal, and the woman gave them unconditional love and acceptance. The family had enough left-overs for the week and the single mother’s self esteem was lifted. She felt loved, respected and that she was a good mom, and that everything was going to be okay. The surprise came the next morning when the young woman returned to the elderly woman’s apartment to give back the borrowed Tupperware for the food of the night before. No one was home, and when the young mom looked through all the windows, she discovered that the apartment was completely empty of any furniture and did not look like any one at all had even occupied it as recently as last night.

When she inquired with the apartment manager, he told her that apartment had been empty for three to four months. When she was interviewed for the program she told the audience that the elderly host had served all their favorite foods, and she knew specific information about the family and the woman. She knew where the young mom worked and what the boys enjoyed. The young woman felt in her heart that she had dinner with an angel that night.

From the book, Real People. Real Needs. Real Victories by Kenneth Copeland Publications which describes actual miracles that happened to his partners, this is an except from the story called “When time moved ahead in Green Valley.” It was set in the Appalachians and it tells of a woman who was raising her grandsons on her farm. She was a woman of great faith and she was well versed in the bible. Her grandson Michael who was eleven years old at that time, had jumped onto the back of the tractor just as it was being backed out of the barn. The metal rails of the barn ceiling were very low and Michael forgot to duck his head as they passed overhead. He was hit with full force in the face and head by the metal rails and was picked off his feet and squeezed between the tractor and the barn rails above. The left side of his face was totally flattened. The bridge of his nose was shoved a half inch into his skull. His left eye had been displaced. His nostrils were ripped away and blood spurted from his nose. Michael’s grandmother was terrified when she saw him, but she prayed in faith over him, and kept her fear in restraint. She had to drive Michael to the hospital because there was no ambulance service.

When he arrived there after the initial exam and review of his xrays the doctors there had to send him to another hospital fifty-four miles away to see a specialist and reconstructive surgeon. The extent of his injuries was severe. His nose, and two cheekbones were broken, his sinuses were torn away, his jaw and teeth had been realigned. His palate was shattered. The doctor at the second hospital also told Michael’s grandmother that he should have had his neck broken from an injury like his. Even though he needed massive surgery the hospital was full and the doctor sent him back home. His surgery was scheduled for eight in the morning. His grandmother Floye prayed over him all night and rebuked any fear, doubt, called for the angels to help her grandson. The next morning the hospital called and told her that the hospital was still full.

That day the temperature was 103 degrees. Michaels face was swelling, he couldn’t breathe, and his condition was getting worse. Family, friends, and her church were all praying over Michael. Michael’s father arrived at 4 in the morning the next day, and immediately took his son to the hospital. He had a five and half hour surgery to reconstruct his face. He was sent to ICU and the surgeon told Floye and Michael’s father that his recovery would take six weeks to three months in the hospital along with plastic surgery. Floye began praying in ICU, and she claimed her rights that Jesus could heal Michael. She prayed that time would be moved forward and that he would have a rapid recovery. One hour later his face was no longer flat and misshapen. The next day he was moved from ICU and he was discharge in three days. Two weeks later when he went back for his two week checkup, the skin on his face had formed new skin and there were no scars. Michael went back to school in the middle of August. In October he was playing basketball with the team. He has completely recovered from his injuries that should have killed him. Time was truly sped up for Michael.

There are many such as these that happen all around us. Keep believing, that Miracles happen, that healing happens, and that we are part of the bigger consciousness. Our lives do make an impact and we are deeply loved by a loving consciousness. We can be a catalyst for change, for the supernatural encounter, and for acts of miraculous intervention.

The Power of Our Belief System

Our belief system is a powerful part of our being. It decides who we are and what we become, both mentally and physically. The belief system is formed by perceptions and acceptance. When these perceptions of ourselves, whether false or true, negative or positive, are accepted as truth by our subconscious mind, they drop into our belief system and become reality. I’m sure many of you remember the famous line from the movie Field of Dreams, “If you build it, they will come.” I would like for you to remember this: “If you believe it, it will be.” Any way you do the math, it still comes out the same: perception + belief = your reality.

When we are first separated from our mother’s womb, we become like a tape recorder, and our subconscious mind is like a blank tape, waiting to be programmed. As the analytical part of the mind is not fully developed until around age thirteen, the subconscious readily accepts and believes whatever it hears and sees as truth.

Young children have no concept of who they are. Their self-image is formed by what they’ve been told by others and how they perceive things to be. It can even be formed by things they’ve overheard. “Ooo … He’s so bad!” “You look so pretty!” “You’re so strong!” “You don’t listen!” “She’s not good at math.” Think about it, what self-image are you helping to form in your child? Is it good, or is it filled with negatives? Children will live up not only to their own perceptions, but also to yours.

I recall a visit to the doctor a few years ago. Seated across the room from me was a mother with a little girl on her lap, no more than three or four years of age. Another woman leaned over and told the child that she was pretty and asked her name. The mother told her and the woman said, “That’s beautiful. Where did you get that name from?” The mother replied, “My husband named her. I certainly didn’t want any more kids; I had enough. So before she was born I told him that my job was to have her, and he could name her.” The child was just sitting there absorbing all this information and I shuddered. What kind of self-image could she be forming? From such a simple statement, recounted over and over, a child could develop low self-esteem and the feeling of not being wanted. I can’t stress enough the importance of what we say to children and around them.

If you were to tell a very young child that his hair is green, he would accept that. Then, anytime anyone would ask him what color his hair was, he would answer, “Green.” That is, until he began to analyze and rationalize that information for himself. He might then say, “Mommy, you said my hair is green, but it’s brown. Was it green when I was a baby?” That false perception would still be part of his belief system. Other examples of this are Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. A child will believe in these until the analytical part of the brain is developed to the point that the child can analyze the information given and question their existence.

When my granddaughter Stephanie was four years old, she suffered from a bad upper respiratory infection. She was so badly congested that she was unable to sleep well, which caused her to become extremely irritable. Her crying only worsened the congestion, and my daughter was frustrated because the medicine the doctor prescribed didn’t seem to help at all. She called me late that evening and asked if I could come over and see the child. When I arrived, my granddaughter was lying on the sofa and I sat down next to her. Her breathing was labored and she started to cry. “I don’t feel good, Grampa.” “Would you like to feel better, baby?” I asked. She nodded and I told her, “Well, you can. Do you know what I’m going to do? I’m going to give you a magic hand.” I then took her little hand and cupped it within my hands and gently rubbed it. “Now, if you take your hand and put it like this, over your nose, you’ll be able to breathe better, and you’ll breathe so much better that you can go to sleep. Here, let’s try.” I took her little hand and placed her thumb on the cheek on one side of her nose, her ring finger on the other, and the two fingers in the middle went on the center of her forehead. “Now close your eyes. And as you hold your hand there, you’re going to find it easier to breathe. Every time you use your magic hand, it will not only make you feel better but it will make you breathe easier. See how good it makes you feel?” Her breathing became easier, and my daughter and I went into the kitchen and left her lying there with her magic hand over her nose. When we peeked in on her a couple of minutes later, she was asleep, and she slept through the night. The next day, she placed her hand over her nose several times throughout the day and night, and her condition continued to improve.

The key is that she believed in her magic hand. She believed in it so strongly that whenever she was hurting, whether from a skinned knee or a stomachache, she would put her hand over the boo-boo and it didn’t hurt anymore. Whenever anyone in the family didn’t feel well, she’d try to comfort them with her magic hand. She even tried to give a magic hand to each child in her kindergarten class. As she grew up, whenever she had a cold, you would see her sitting there with her hand over her nose and her eyes closed, and it always seemed to help her.

Just recently, while visiting my daughter, my granddaughter complained of a runny nose. I told her, “Why don’t you use your magic hand?” “It doesn’t work anymore, Grandpa,” she said. It took me by surprise for a moment and I realized that, at age fourteen, she had lost some of that childlike faith and belief and it saddened me. Up until that point she had perceived that she had a magic hand, and she believed in it so strongly that it created a reality. It wasn’t until she began to analyze, or perhaps someone told her that there was no such thing, that she lost that belief.

As children, our faith is boundless. Anything is possible and we can do anything. But something happens when the conscious mind fully matures. We become skeptical and fearful. We begin to set boundaries to our imagination and limits to what we can do. Yes, it’s sad when we lose our magic hand. Her magic hand worked for her because she believed in it so strongly. This is a prime example of the placebo effect.
