I don't deny the substantiality of the world, however, I am experiencing the substantiality of Truth and Love, which includes healthy mind/body/spirit. Mary Baker Eddy stated exactly what scientists came to discover in the 20th century, that matter, or the physical, is not what we think. Science and Health explains the value of denying the changing, temporal, unthinking mind. In order to make this understandable to us 21st century readers, I revised the book. I am glad I recovered also, thank you, and I believe the affirmations of the substantiality of eternal divine Mind helped.
