Manifesting Your Heart’s Desires

Published by Other Authors under Manifesting

We are each manifesting all the time. Everything we have in our lives was created by us. The question is how have we been creating? Has it been from a place of conscious intention or out of reaction? From a state of ease and trust or resistance and fear? Have we been creating for ourselves or letting others create for us? The more we are aware of what we want and what it will do for us, the more likely we are to manifest this into our life. Envisioning our goals and dreams ignites our enthusiasm and creates a mock up for what we want. Once the momentum has started it is important to let go and let the process unfold. If we focus on every single detail or try to control every step, we limit ourselves to other possibilities; ones much bigger and better than we ever could imagine. Of course this takes trust, and for those of us born without a trust gene we need to develop one if we want to manifest easily. As we move toward our goals, taking action with anything other than ease is bound to slow down the process and cause frustration. Ease is a state of being. It is relaxed, productive movement, opposite to effort, struggle and resistance. When our body tenses up and we find ourselves “trying to make” things happen, that is a strong clue that we have moved out of ease. Simply breathing, relaxing and connecting to our inner trust can bring us back to a centered place where things happen effortlessly. Explore these questions to gain insights into your manifesting power: • Reflect over your adult life and notice all of your manifestations. The relationships, jobs, health, finances and so on. Do you see any patterns in terms of how you created or attracted these into your life? • For all of the wonderful things you’ve had in your life, what were the key elements to creating this for yourself (i.e. did you consciously want this, were you in a state of trust or surrender etc.) • For anything not so wonderful in your life, what were the key elements operating for you at these times (i.e. were you in resistance, fear, giving up your power or perhaps these were stepping stones to greater things or opportunities for growth and learning). Try these inspiring ideas to manifest your heart’s desires: • Play with creating and manifesting consciously by becoming aware of what you really want in your life. What would make your heart sing, your passion flare or you mind be at peace? Spend 5 minutes each day this week, envisioning it, using all of your senses to imagine it taking place. • Become aware of when you are taking action in your life from a place of effort and practice shifting into ease. Notice if this increases your productivity, joy and ability to manifest what you want. • Increase your ability to have what you want by letting go of any limiting messages or beliefs that say you can’t have the things you want. Rise above the notion of deserving and undeserving to a place of high havingness where all possibilities exist.

How To Attract Your Allowance!

“Allowance: The act of allowing: Permission”

Isn’t it funny that the word allowance, which most of us link to receiving money from our parents, has the word “allow” in it? And, according to Merriam-Webster dictionary (above), one of its meanings is to “allow”, or give “permission”!

This is the key to the law of attraction. I know that many, many people are struggling attracting the things that they desire using some of the tools and techniques that are suggested for the law of attraction. They get frustrated and give up. The main reason for this is that the last step is usually to “let go”, or just “allow” it to happen. And this is where people fail. Thus, no results are had.

Let’s first agree that the law of attraction is real. Feel free to change the wording, and call it belief, faith, ability to attract, etc. But, look around you. Do you seem to always “attract” money problems? Or, do you always “attract” the same type of person as a partner? What issues consistently come into your life? How can every guy/girl you date treat you the same way?? Are you attracting this? Yes. Ok, enough convincing. I assume if you’re here you already know it works.

Change the Game!

Ok, so you’ve tried to attract money, a better mate, a better job, but all you seemed to attract was depression from failing to attract them. So, let’s change our game plan and get this to work for us. Instead of focusing on the desire outcome, such as an amount of money, or whatever you desire, focus on living in a state of allowance. Just being in this state will bring your desires to you. Let’s face it, you’ve already “asked”, right? Haven’t you asked enough? Now let’s give ourselves the permission to receive.

Try and identify that feeling you get after you’ve received something you wanted. A great gift, you won some money, you were asked out by that certain someone, you got the job offer, whatever it may be. Isn’t there a lightness? Doesn’t it feel like a pressure valve has been opened, and your whole body just relaxes? This is the state I’m referring to, not necessarily the excitement, but the relief feeling. That’s being open. That’s what it feels like to not be in the state of “wanting”. Once you’ve identified that feeling, welcome it. Then, catch yourself when you feel stress in your body. This means your mind has just thought about something you don’t have and has gone into wanting again. Fear is the same thing. The tightness will usually hit your chest, your stomach, or your neck and shoulders. Go inside and look at it. Then imagine a valve on the outside, and just open it. Let that pressure out. Hear it come out if that helps.

Then say to yourself, “Ahh, I love being so open”. Use reminders as you go about your day. When you open a door, remind yourself to open up and let go of any pressure. When you see a green light, do the same. When you open a bottle or can, just pause, and let it all go.

Taking your mind off of what you’re lacking, and focusing more on being open will make you feel great, and will allow your blessing the chance to come to you. A good habit is to remind yourself each morning that you will be open today. Try and do this with each bite you take of your breakfast. Your mouth has to “open” to receive the food. So open yourself up too with each bite, and decide that today you will be open. At night when you go to bed, think back on your day and remember how many times you remembered to open up and allow.

Your allowance is waiting!

Visualization – The Key To Success!

Good visualization skills will ultimately contribute to success for all those involved in self growth and personal development programs. Visualization is always one of the key factors that must be developed for consistent success, and rightly so. We live in a mental universe and it is our consciousness that actually gives us the sensation of the life that we experience. So if we are unable to create thought images as detailed as we would like, the full realization and satisfaction of our world will probably be lacking.

Everything that we do, we do so in the form of some thought image, a picture with emotions and other sensory information. However, most people have not really developed their ability to create these thought images. A simple test for this is to think about the future you most desire to have. What does that future look like? Describe the image that you see in your mind’s eye of your goal.

Most people have great difficulty doing this simply because they have never fully developed this skill. When they engage in goal setting, as part of their personal growth and self help programs, they eventually lose interest in the program because they are unable to generate the pictures that are necessary to follow through and achieve their goal.

Without those pictures, those thought images their mind does not have a plan to follow and no clear blueprint, to impress into the universal mind for physical expression. When the image of what we want is unclear or missing there can only be confusion. What the mind cannot see it cannot achieve!

Here are a few tips and exercises that you can do, on a daily bases, to help develop your image creating abilities.
Exercise number 1.
Try observing something around you and record what you see. Write down everything that you observe about that object, and then ask someone else to observe the same object and see if they come up with a similar list. This can be fun if you make it into a game and it is a great way to introduce older children into the world of focused visualization. Most young children have already mastered this skill. Next, close your eyes and see how much of that object you can recreate in your mind in detail.

Exercise number 2.
Observe two similar, but different items, such as two trees. First pick out the things that make them similar, next observe the things that make them dissimilar. Again, just as you did in the first exercise, after you have completed the first part, close your eyes and see it you can create both trees, one at a time, in your mind. Next, to make it even more interesting see if you can create both trees in your mind at the same time.

Exercise number 3.
Observe an object around you, then close your eyes and recreate that object in your mind, only put it in another location. If you observe a tree in the woods, or even your back yard, imagine that tree on a beach, or even in the middle of a parking lot.

Please don’t attempt to do these exercises one right after another you will only meet with frustration and end up abandoning the whole process. These exercises should be done over a period of weeks, even months. Take one per week and do that one every day or several times per day. As you master one, move on to the next one. Your ability to visualize is like any other talent that you have, it must be developed. Each one of these exercises will introduce another variable for you to master. As you do each one you will learn how to observe, how to recognize detail, but also how to add detail to your own visualizations and work with your imagination. As you work more with your imagination you will also be opening the door to fuller realization of your intuition. That is the ultimate goal. That is when you will make the most of the law of attraction.
