The Law of Non-Resistance

This universal law tells us that when we resist a condition, person, or thing that we don’t like or want, we are adding power to it.

This is usually opposite of what we think our resistance is doing. We think by resisting something that it will go away or leave us alone. Resistance keeps us stuck. Non-resistance allows us to go free.

Resistance can come up quickly once we have gotten clear about our heart’s desire and have started engaging with the Law of Attraction.

As many of us have experienced directly, the universe is constantly conspiring with us to bring every resource, person, or thing to us that will create the desires of our heart.

But when we resist people, situations, or things, then this energy (which emanates from our minds) slows and blocks that flow. It’s as if we are in a river, headed along the way. We get scared for whatever reason, and grab on to some rocks. If we are holding on tightly, we will never move.

When you are feeling resistant, you are literally stopping the flow and interrupting all of the good that the universe is sending your way.

Try this exercise. Using these steps will help you let go and let the flow of the universe be restored:

When you become aware of any resistance to a person, thing, or situation, try to feel the resistance and see if you can identify it somewhere in your body or in your emotions. Once you become aware of the feeling, ask yourself the following questions:

1. “Can I accept this person, thing, or situation that I am resisting exactly as it is?”

2. “Can I forgive this person, thing, or situation for not being what I wanted it to be? Can I forgive myself for wanting this person, thing, or situation to be what I wanted it to be?”

3. “What is the reason I am resisting this person, thing, or situation? (What do I think will happen if I don’t?) Is this true right now?”

4. “Will this reason for resisting be true forever? (Think about how long forever is).”

When I do this exercise, I identify how I feel initially so I know when I have released my resistance. I know that I am not resisting once I the feeling I first identified is lighter or is gone.

Usually, the resistance releases with the first question. But sometimes, I’m holding on for such “good reasons” that I have to go all the way through the process (and even repeat it), before I’m willing to let go.

This is a great exercise to do with a trusted friend. You can take turns identifying resistance and then walking each other through the steps.

Finally, this works best when you are willing to feel all the emotions that may come up. Resistance is almost always emotionally-driven.

And, of course, if you feel overwhelmed emotionally, please seek the assistance of a licensed mental health practitioner.

Using The Law Of Attraction To Help You In All Areas Of Life

Published by Other Authors under Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is a powerful source of energy committed to you if you know how to use it properly. You may use it to build relationships, build your business, attract customers, achieve your dreams, gain personal wealth by helping others, lose weight and the list goes on.In order to really harness this energy it is best to cleanse your current state of mind and get rid of any and all the CHATTER going on in your brain. I would suggest a Mental Cleanse of the sort for 30 days which would consist of:

*Shutting off the T.V.
*Reading positive material
*Drinking lots of water
*Getting a coach or Mentor
*Learn Learn Learn as much as you can about the things you want to attract

It is also Important in this process to focus in on what it is on what you want and write these things down. In order to get where your going you need a MAP. So write down your wants now!

After this review them and see what jumps out at you! These are the things we will work on. Let’s say one of your wants is a Mercedes 500 sl. O.K What color is it? What’s the interior like? Can you you smell it? Do you have a picture of it? Can you SEE it in your mind? Have you been to the car dealership and given it a test drive? And then told the salesman you would be back on this date to pick it up?

Can you see where I’m going? All these things will help you send the message out to the universe that you already poses the car and that it will naturally come to you. Do you Believe me? You must BELIEVE!

Faith and Belief in this process are the KEY components to The Law of Attraction

I would also suggest a book by Joe Vitale ( Spiritual Marketing ). He also helped write THE SECRET and has a great grasp on these practices.

The Information is out there its up to you to acknowledge it and receive it.

How to STOP Being a Person that NOTHING Seems to Work For

Published by Other Authors under Life

Do you ever wonder why great things happen to some people but not to you?

Do you ever read about people who have tried this or that product and had some incredible result, but when you try it, you don’t get the same result?

Have you become a person who NOTHING seems to work for?

Maybe you’ve thought about trying the some new self-improvement package that sounds great, , but you’re just so tired of things not working for you.

Let’s take a look at how you’ve gotten where you are and why these things might happen.

First, at some point, you tried something - either based on a recommendation, a testimonial you read, or some other reason. Basically, you tried it based on someone else’s positive experience. However, when you tried it, you did not get the same result so you made the assumption that it didn’t work for you. But how true IS this? Often - VERY often - things work differently for different people, and it’s a mistake to judge your life by comparing it with others. Perhaps you just needed more time. Maybe your circumstances are completely different! Regardless, however, you made up - you CREATED a Truth for yourself at that time, that truth being “This didn’t work”, although remember, that truth is based only on your surface comparison with someone else…and it really doesn’t have anything to do with you, and what - in the cosmic scheme of things - is best for you. Those results you read about for that other person are what was right at that time for them, and that doesn’t necessarily mean that NOW is the time for you and that it will happen to you the same way that it happened for them!

From then on, every thing else you try is then compared to that first experience, with the Truth in your mind being “Well, it didn’t work that time…let’s see if THIS works”. So again you’re comparing…and not really trying anything “purely” and on it’s own merit without preconceived notions or judgements. You are already working against yourself! You may not yet automatically expect failure, but you have it as an option, and perhaps even a probability based on your previous experiences.

The more things you try with this mindset, the more you fortify this mindset - it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy that “Nothing works for me”. Before you know it, that is who you Become. The person you are about reaching your specific goals or trying this or that product or technology is “It works for others but never for me.” Once you reach that place, it will most certainly become true for you.

So what do you do? How do you break out of this pattern? First, acknowledge how you got here…by comparing yourself or your results with other people who are really on a completely different path then you, although they may have been after similar results. Then create a new idea for yourself - give yourself permission to experience success on your own terms, without judging what happens based on other people or expectations set up by anyone other than yourself.

Once you believe that you deserve to succeed and that you CAN succeed and that you WILL succeed, your life will change. Whatever you try will work for you, because YOU define what “working” is - not somebody else! You set your own timetable, you are relaxed, and non-judgement. Your infinite patience and lack of expectation based Externally, will work with you in very powerful ways and you will regain control over your destiny.
