4 Simple Steps to Manifesting What You Want

Published by Joann under Manifesting

Manifesting is the process by which your thought becomes things in your reality. Whether it is something you really, really want or something you really, really fear, manifesting, through the law of attraction will work. Events will unfold so that it will lead the way to the materialization of the object of your attention.

Be mindful of the things in your mind for your thoughts can work for you or against you. Deliberately create your present and your future by consciously directing your thoughts towards your desires. Here are some simple steps to manifesting what you want.

  1. Know what you truly want. If you know what you truly want, your heart, mind and soul are one with your desire. You can give your undivided attention to this particular goal.

  1. Keep the end in mind. Have a very clear vision of the end result of your desire. Make it as vivid as if it is really there with you. See it, hear it, feel it, smell it or taste it. It is not your job how it will be manifested; your job is to envision what will be manifested.

  1. Cooperate. Make your actions congruent with your desires. Recognize opportunities and grab them.

  1. Pretend you have it and give thanks. Play the game of pretend. Give thanks like you already have what you want and it will indeed come to you.

Remember to let go of all control once you have done your job. Know that one way or another, sooner or later, you will receive what you have asked. Frustrations and negative attitudes will just delay the manifestations of your desire, so relax and trust that it is coming.

Consciously choose the path you wish to take. Deliberately create your experiences. Once in a while, life may throw something bitter at you, but stop for a moment before you react. Ask yourself, “Is this really as bitter as it looks, or does it hide something better?”

Affirmations: Manifesting your Potentials

Published by Other Authors under Manifesting

Positive affirmation energizes one’s vision of enlightened action. It is the happening and the doing. The actualization of your idea–be it the idea to be free from alcohol or to build your home–is the wakening of clear energy to bring forth your visualized goals and your creative potential. You bring your mind to stability with thankfulness, prayer, and meditation.

It is important to believe your words and to cultivate faith that you will manifest your sacred gifts in life.

1. Acknowledge the creative principle in yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror and greet yourself: “Hello, how are you?” Affirm, “I am alive, I am thankful, and I shall accomplish this day, for the benefit of myself, my family and all beings, these three specific things. . .” Repeat the affirmation three times.

2. Affirm, “I shall realize my creative gifts” repeating this affirmation also three times. And visualize in your mind’s eye the accomplishment of such tasks.

Forgiveness Meditation II

Published by Other Authors under Meditation

Step 4. Take a breath and release. Take another breath. Drive your attention to one person who holds for you a thank you for participating in her or his life with support. But for some reason or another, you avoid, or have avoided, the receiving of that energy of gratitude from someone who appreciates you. Now, release your attention, notice the gravity of those Step 1 memories leaving you now.

Step 5. Then think of a second person. Then a family–or a broken family or a cluster of humans or animals that are of and like family. Or another person, or two others. It does not matter. If they are grateful to you, they are the space in your mind/body that holds the most grace for healing that is available to you. So think of this, and breathe, and connect to your unreceived energy of gratitude.

The gratitude belongs to you completely; those other negative feelings do not. And that gratitude is always open to you. So you can go back in time, be the witness, accept the gratitude, not the shame, and you will notice the flow of healing. This is not in the forgiving, but the place of being, one place where what has been given is gratitude did you did not accept.

Unforgiveness/forgiveness–move through both/either of them to receiving gratitude.
